Must I only order online?

How do I brew/distill?
Please follow our YouTube Channnel or alternatively you can contact us at email@example.com for brewing/distilling advice and we will have one of our experienced brewmasters contact you.
Do you offer repackaged ingredients for homebrewers?
Yes, We have a full range of repackaged malt and hops
Do you offer milled malt?
We offer to mill your malt at an additional fee. When you order our malt online you can simply use our checkboxes to select the quantity you would like milled.
Do you keep your products in stock?
All the products which are shown on our website have inventory stock quantities allocated to them, this is shown underneath the pricing of each product. Should the product be out of stock, it will be marked as out of stock in red and cannot be added to your basket.
What is your warranty period on products?
As we offer a wide range of consumables and products from various local and international suppliers, our warranty varies from product to product.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes, we certainly do, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org should you wish to discuss min & max order quantities.
Do you offer branding on products?
Yes, we offer branded growlers and branded bottles.
The minimum order quantity on branded growlers is 12
The minimum order quantity on bottles is 50
The ETA period for branded items is 3-4 weeks after receiving artwork and deposit.
We also offer branded caps under special request.
Do you charge VAT?
All of the prices on our website are including VAT
Does your pricing change often?
At bevPlus we are proud distributors of both local and international goods from quality suppliers. We import our products weekly and therefore our pricing adjusts to inflation rates, currency fluctuations and shipping rates.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are dependent on the shipment requirements as well as local fuel pricing. For all orders over 25kg, we will need to contact our courier company to receive specialised quote.
Can I order from outside of South Africa?
If you are located outside of South Africa and would like to order from our product listing, you can order through our sister company www.dematechsa.com

Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible and email us at email@example.com. If we have already processed your order our admin team may take 48 hours for us to confirm your refund. If your order has already been despatched, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund.
Can I collect from your branch?
Yes, once you have received notification that your order is ready for collection, you may collect from our Cape Town branch at 13 Michigan Street, Airport Industria, Cape Town, 7490
How can I track my shipment?
If you have ordered a product for delivery, you can track your parcel with a waybill number linked to your order. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order/invoice number and we will provide you with the necessary details.
